Full training program launch including brand identity, product design, marketing suite, and LMS graphics

Complete ecosystem spanning print, digital, social, paid media, video, and learning management system
Challenge:
Build a cohesive visual identity and full design system for a new training program from the ground up, across every consumer and educational touchpoint simultaneously.
Approach:
Established the brand foundation first, then extended it systematically across product materials, marketing channels, and the LMS environment to ensure visual consistency regardless of format or medium.
Execution:
Led a design team through concurrent production across multiple deliverable categories, including video keynote support graphics, social and paid ad creative, flyers, website assets, and all LMS course graphics, managing sequencing and quality control throughout.
Outcome:
Launched a fully branded, market-ready training program with a complete and consistent design system across every touchpoint from awareness through course completion.
