Challenge:
Establish a new professional credential from scratch with enough visual authority and brand depth to be taken seriously in a competitive real estate market, while serving both agents and broker-owners across every touchpoint.
Approach:
Built the visual system on a navy, white, and green palette designed to signal credibility and professionalism, then extended it consistently across the full brand ecosystem. Directed all creative decisions from logo and badge system through course graphics, guest expert web features, and advertising.
Execution:
Led a dedicated design team through full concurrent production across LMS design, buyer and seller presentations, module worksheets, objection-handling tools, print advertising, social assets, and a third-party partnership ads. Managed timelines, creative reviews, and quality control across all deliverables.
Outcome:
Delivered a complete, market-ready designation program with a polished, consistent visual system across every consumer and professional touchpoint, positioning CFSP as a credible and differentiated credential for real estate professionals.
