Recurring hybrid live event series at Worre Studios in Las Vegas

Scale:
Up to 300 VIP guests, audiences reaching into the tens of thousands, full broadcast graphics and studio content package plus supporting physical product and promotional creative

This is a recurring live event series, with a different theme for each event. Each one has to work twice: as a live, in-person experience for the audience in the room, and as a broadcast production for a much larger audience watching remotely, sometimes reaching into the tens of thousands, based on registration and stream data. The VIP audience in the room also gets additional extras, like extra sessions and time with Brian.

I directed the design team across the presentation look and feel, the keynote graphics, and the VMix graphics package for the broadcast. For the boxing themed installment, I also designed and produced a physical VIP gift set: a custom coffee blend developed with a roaster, sunglasses, candies, and packaging, mailed as an invitation to a live viewing party. I sourced the components, worked with vendors, and handled the budget, production, delivery, and logistics for that piece myself. I design remotely, with an on-site production and broadcast team handling technical execution and the in-room experience.
