Scope:
Recurring hybrid live event series at a professional broadcast studio facility

Scale:
Up to 300 VIP guests, audiences reaching into the tens of thousands, full studio environment design plus supporting physical product and promotional creative

This is a recurring live event series, though it happens less often now and is no longer themed the way it once was. Each one has to work twice: an intimate VIP audience in the room, and a much larger broadcast audience watching live, sometimes reaching into the tens of thousands, who need the same level of polish without the informality a smaller event can get away with.

I led and directed creative across every piece of it: the content, presentation graphics, and walk-on visuals running across the studio's LED stage walls, the branded environment surrounding them, and the promotional creative built to drive attendance beforehand. For one boxing and Las Vegas themed installment, I also designed and produced a physical VIP gift set, including a custom coffee blend, mailed to brokers as an invitation to a live viewing party. I handled the sourcing, budget, production, delivery, and logistics for that piece myself, start to finish.
