Hybrid live event series at a professional broadcast studio facility

Scale:
300 VIP guests, 20,000+ virtual attendees, full studio environment design

Challenge:
Design a broadcast-quality stage and branded environment that performed equally well for an intimate in-room VIP experience and a large-scale virtual audience watching live.

Approach:
Developed a cohesive environmental design system spanning LED stage backdrop, branded & themed content slides and LED screens, and supporting collateral (worksheets, Marketing, Promotions and Social) that read clearly both on camera and in person. Collaborated closely with AV, logistics, and operations teams to ensure every design decision was technically executable within the studio constraints.

Execution:
Directed all creative, managing cross-functional coordination across production, broadcast, and design workstreams simultaneously. Oversaw build of branded environmental elements and ensured visual consistency across all client-facing touchpoints.

Outcome:
Delivered a polished, broadcast-ready branded environment that served both audiences without compromise, representing Buffini & Company at the highest level of production quality.
